Personal sessions can be arranged as individuals or with your bubbles with all safety precautions in place. From beginners to advanced, Acroyoga is for anyone wanting to experience a playful and dynamic training session

During the initial consultation, Will will ask you some questions to get an idea about your background and what you might need as part of a programme, and you can both decide if you want to work together – this is a 2-way process as you’ll need to build trust in each other to reach your goals
